The main challenge faced with this luxury apartment was the access. The apartment is housed in a high-rise building and the only access was via a lift. All pieces of furniture had to be designed to fit into the lift in one piece or to be built on site from multiple pieces that could travel up to the apartment in the lift.
Sarah’s client had asked for the interiors to stand out from the crowd and we were particularly proud of how we met this brief with the textured panels on several of the units in the main living space of this premium home. This was a new finish and technique we created on in our workshops on our CNC machine and spray finished in a PU matte lacquer.
The high-gloss sideboard masquerades as a media unit which conceals a television and a hidden lifting mechanism to reveal the screen when in use. The bespoke textured finish on the doors was made on our CNC machine and spray-finished in house in a striking turquoise blue.
We also designed and created a larger fitted high-gloss media unit and shelving in the same finishes as the smaller concealed TV sideboard unit. A mixture of wooden and glass shelves were added with recessed spotlights.

Curved furniture is one of our strengths and we designed and manufactured the bespoke curved bookshelf above to fit against the owner’s existing curved sofa. Doubling up as a room divider, the bookshelf had to be stylish and eye-catching as well as functional. We crafted the shelf from black powder-coated steel which is more flexible allowing for the curve. All panels and shelves were upholstered in shagreen.
In the dining area, we designed and manufactured a display cabinet for the owner’s glassware, crystal and china to be at hand for any entertaining. We spray-finished the exterior in a PU high-gloss finish and made bespoke antique bronze hammered handles.
Inside we added a mirrored back panel in a bronze finish and smoked glass shelves. Warm LED strip lighting was added for ease of use and to make a focal point of the glassware and crystal.
