The in-house interior design team at property developer Coronado designed this luxury show house for the launch of their development Montem Square in Wimbledon, London SW19.
The freestanding and fitted furniture had to match the high profile prime property development and resonate with the high net worth target audience for the upcoming launch event.

The time pressure on this project was high; the high-end show house of the development needed to be finished in time for the open house launch event. We worked around the clock to meet the deadline and ensure our client Coronado Interiors had a stunning high-end show home to present to potential buyers.
We are proud that we could act as a one-stop shop for Coronado; we were able to furnish almost the entire property on time including fully fitted dressing rooms and a striking home bar in the media room.
For the sitting room, bespoke details and luxury touches were required. The bespoke sofa featured delicate metallic piping and a matching upholstered ottoman. The coffee table was finished with a high-gloss veneer and a champagne powder-coated base. We used the same powder-coating finish for the console tables and topped them off with shagreen upholstery.
In the study, we finished a desk and matching desk chair with a specialist spray-finish on the oak frames. An upholstered occasional chair was built to match with matching legs.
Velvet deep-buttoned banquette seating was designed and made for the dining area by our upholstery and joinery teams. Bespoke scatter cushions added the finishing touch. Off white upholstered bar stools with piping, brass footrests and stained oak legs sit along the kitchen bar.
All the bedrooms featured our trademark fully integrated upholstered headboards with reading lights, charging points and either deep buttoning or padded panels.
The master suite headboard also featured LED integrated lighting, and high-gloss veneer panels to each side. We made stained oak bedside tables and a champagne powder-coated bench for the end of the super king bed with an upholstered seat cushion. Stained walnut was used for the fully fitted dressing room with recessed LED lighting, powder-coated hanging rails and fabric back panels to soften the effect of the wood.
A three panel, deep buttoned navy blue velvet headboard was fitted in bedroom two along with bedside tables with upholstered drawer fronts, a winged bench at the end of the bed and a dressing table and matching chair.
We designed a curved boudoir sofa in a neutral fabric for bedroom four, and an upholstered end of bed bench with stained oak frame.
The media room is a key selling point for this luxury show home and our team worked closely with the interior design team at Coronado Interiors to achieve a stunning entertaining space for the future owners. The media room features a stained oak bar with mirrored backing, LED integrated lighting, wine storage racks, marble worktops and a recessed sink.
We created a bespoke red velvet modular sofa and upholstered ottoman with oak plinths to match the bar. The coffee tables were sprayed with liquid metal, the TV and media unit sprayed and wallpapered and the metal frame for the fire surround was powder-coated.
